Many mums feel invisible after having their baby.

You are not alone

Not because they don't love their child. And not because something is wrong with them.

It can start to feel like you've become a background character in your own life story.

Conversations revolve around feeding, sleepless nights, and milestones. Even mum spaces often stay light when something deeper desperately wants to be expressed.

If any of these feel familiar, this space was made for you:

  • Longing for someone to ask "How are you?" and truly mean it

  • Feeling distant from people you once felt close to

  • Craving adult conversation, but unsure where to find it

  • Yearning for connection without making things heavy

A space where the unspoken parts of motherhood are welcome.

About Mamas Circle

Mamas Circle is a free, small online gathering where the real, unfiltered experience of motherhood is not just allowed, but welcomed. You don't need to show up as your best self.

  • Your experience is taken seriously

  • Connection grows through listening as much as speaking

  • No comparison, no expectation to share more than you want to

What mums say

Words from our attendees

Finding a place to be brave, not only safe... thank you for listening and not judging.
It’s helpful to hear you’re not the only one feeling this way.
I can already feel a shift, feel hopeful and hope others are able to feel a shift
We are all more alike than different.

I created Mamas Circle because I understand the weight the early years can bring and I've seen how much lighter this journey becomes when you feel truly supported.

“My goal is for every mum who walks through the door, even a virtual one, to leave feeling a little less alone.”

A few things mums often ask

Questions

  • No, to protect everyone’s privacy and create a safe, supportive space, conversations in Mamas Circle are not recorded. You're free to share openly without worrying about being on camera.

  • Not at all. Join in your PJs, while feeding your baby, camera on or off. Just come as you are.

  • Mamas Circle is designed for mums with little ones under 2, but if you're carrying the weight of loneliness in motherhood, you're welcome here.

  • We meet every two weeks, second and fourth Thursdays of the month. There will always be another chance to join.

You don't have to keep carrying this alone.
