For the past six months, Mamas Circle has been a space where mothers come together online to feel seen, heard, and less alone. This May, we're bringing that same warmth into a room.
We're gathering in Central London for a relaxed morning of connection. The kind that's harder to find when you're deep in the fog of early motherhood. Come as you are. You’re welcome to bring your baby too.
The Tree of Life Activity
Alongside good coffee and conversation, we'll spend time on a simple creative activity called the Tree of Life. A grounding, visual way to reconnect with who you are beyond motherhood. Your roots, your strengths, your hopes. No artistic skill needed, just a willingness to give it a go.

Sawubona CIC was founded after recognising that what many mothers needed wasn't just clinical support, it was a space to be fully seen. Mamas Circle is that space, and this is its next step.

We want this to feel intimate, which means spaces will go quickly.
Accessibility
We want every mum to have a seat at the table. If the ticket price isn't manageable right now, send us an email and we'll sort something out. No questions asked.
The venue has step-free access and baby changing facilities on site.
Refund Policy: As a small community organisation we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. In the unlikely event that Sawubona cancels the event, a full refund will be issued.
